Where do I find the Disclosures?

1. Click on the “Our Properties” section at the top of the website. (You can get there by clicking Here or by clicking the "Our Properties" button at the top of this page.)
2. Active listings are on top in “Featured Properties” 

3. ALL FORMS and DISCLOSURES ARE ATTACHED to the listing (Seller's Disclosures, HOA / CAD (if applicable), Property Deed & Pre-Showing Compensation Agreement).

4. Suggested Offer Instructions are also attached to the MLS listing.

ONCE WE ARE UNDER CONTRACT:

1. Our transaction coordinators are also licensed agents and they will send an introduction email connecting all parties. (Listing Agent, Buyer’s Agent, Law Firm, Lender, Pre-Closers, your transaction coordinator, etc.) to ensure great communication among parties.
2. We will send the contract to the law firm and the lender within 24 hours of binding.
